Sound Engineer Diploma

Sound Engineer Diploma

If you are a student who is limited for time and/or you wish to do the sound engineer diploma course at a significantly reduced cost, or you need a visa to come to the UK to study then this is the option for you. Everything in this version is the same as in the full time sound engineer diploma, so you will attend the music production foundation module first, which covers microphone techniques, analog and digital studio recording equipment, effects and processors, use of the hardware mixer.

On the digital side you get to learn about MIDI, computer based music sequencers, sound modules, synthesizers, and sampling techniques.

Once you have completed that module you then move onto all the advanced modules, which are much more practical and go into much greater depth.

The only difference between this course and the 9 month version is that you do not have the extra 3 months of studio access after the tutorials end to finish off your assignments. However the big advantage is that you get to learn all aspects of music production and sound engineering in a much shorter time and there are special arrangements so that you still have plenty of studio access during the 6 months – evenings and week ends.

The sound engineer diploma 6 months course is just £5300 for UK students or £5800 for non UK students.
